Digital Marketing for IV Therapy Businesses

We turn a patient's first search into a treatment your nurse completes, with one digital strategy for your IV business.

We run paid search, SEO and AI search, booking pages, and email and SMS as one plan, with nearly 20 years of US marketing behind us, and track every booking state by state, through verification and nurse dispatch to the paid visit. Budget then goes where bookings become paid treatments. That is how our mobile IV clients grew Google Ads appointments 35% in Q3 2026 on almost the same spend.

Why More Leads Do Not Fill a Mobile IV Schedule

Most of our IV clients came to us with accounts already running. These are the leaks we found between the ad and the paid visit.

Bookings up, revenue down

At one IV brand we run, Google Ads appointments rose 14.3% in the first nine months of 2026 while net sales fell 5.5%, because bookings with no nurse to take them nearly doubled.

Bids aimed at the wrong goal

The accounts we took over bid on generic conversions, not booked appointments. Switching the goal cut cost per appointment by 30% in Miami and 33% in Denver.

One budget shared by many cities

The busiest city took most of a shared budget. After we split Florida's brand budget by city, cost per appointment fell 44%.

Spend on placements that never book

Demand Gen and video campaigns spent a full month without one booked appointment before we moved that money to search.

Click prices nobody capped

One winter, click costs rose 32% and appointments fell 15% even as spend went up. A cap on bids brought click cost down 24%.

Good campaigns left paused

Two Houston campaigns were switched off when we took over the account. Back on, they averaged about 38 appointments a week.

What We Run in Every Market

Every channel answers to the same number, completed treatments in each city.

Paid Search, Local Services Ads and Paid Social

Patients find you when they search, with budgets paced to the nurses on shift in each city.

  • Campaigns split by state and city
  • Exact and phrase match for the searches that book
  • Bids aimed at booked appointments, with a cap on click cost

SEO, Google Business Profile and AI Search

Location pages that rank, show in the map results and get cited when patients ask AI where to book.

  • One Google Business Profile per service area, map results first
  • City and treatment pages built from one system
  • Citations tracked in AI Overviews, AI Mode and ChatGPT

Conversion Optimization

More appointments from the traffic you already pay for.

  • A booking button on the first screen of every page
  • Treatments grouped by need, with Book Now on each
  • Reviews, credentials and service areas shown where patients decide

Every Booking Tracked to a Paid Treatment, State by State

Every booking passes five steps before it becomes revenue. We record where each one is lost and why, and because campaigns are split by state, you see spend, appointments and cost per appointment for every state and city.

Your Strategist Decides, AI Agents Run the Daily Work

A senior strategist sets targets for each market in appointments and treatments, and decides which cities to open, grow or hold. Agent managers hand the daily work to our AI agents, check what comes back and report to your strategist.

Strategist

Sets targets by market and decides which cities to open, grow or hold.

Agent Manager

Gives each task to the right agent and procedure, checks the output and reports back. Never decides budget.

Paid Media Agent

Search terms, state bids and spend pace, every day.

Search Agent

Location pages, Google Business Profiles and AI answers.

Conversion Agent

Page reviews and test designs.

Lifecycle Agent

Email and SMS flows drafted from booking history.

Health Ad Rules Built In From Day One

Google and Meta review IV therapy ads under their health policies, and the FTC has acted against IV therapy claims before. Every ad, page and email we write passes the same checks before it runs.

No medical claims

We describe the treatment, the nurse and the visit, never what an infusion cures or prevents.

Your medical director approves

Every health claim goes to your medical director before it runs.

Google's healthcare policy

Campaigns are set up under Google's rules for health services from the first day.

Meta's limits on health data

Meta limits what health advertisers can track, so bookings are measured in your booking system.

State rules

We follow state rules such as Texas HB 3749 and flag changes to your team. We do not give legal advice.

Where Is Each Market Losing Revenue?

The Mobile IV Growth Audit looks at every city you serve, from the first search to the completed treatment. It is built for operators running ads in two or more cities and for clinics with several locations.

What you send

View access to Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta, GA4, your Google Business Profiles and your booking system, plus nurse capacity by city if you can share it.

What we review

For each city, the demand you capture and miss, the path from lead to treatment, and unserved bookings and cancellations. We also review your location pages, your presence on Google, Maps and AI answers, and your ads against health ad rules.

What you receive

Where each city loses revenue, what to stop now and a plan ranked by revenue and effort. The audit is yours to keep, whether or not you hire us.

IV Clinics and Med Spas Get the Same Team

Not every IV business sends nurses out. If patients come to your clinic or med spa, the same strategist, AI agents and health ad checks run your marketing. What changes is where we start, in the few miles around each location where patients choose a clinic they can reach.

Found on the map near each location

A Google Business Profile and a location page for every clinic, with reviews, hours and your IV menu, so you show in map results and AI answers within driving distance.

Ads for the treatments that pay

Campaigns built around the drips and injections with the margin to carry ad costs, with no medical claims in any ad.

Treatment pages patients book from

A page for each drip that answers what patients ask before they book, with the booking button one tap away.

Memberships and return visits

Email and SMS from your booking history that bring patients back between visits and move regulars onto memberships.

A Team That Cuts Spend When Your Nurses Run Short

Budgets follow your nurses

When nurses ran short in autumn 2026, we cut ad spend to match, and ROAS went up in every account.

Results by state, city and funnel step

Taken from your booking, dispatch and payment systems, next to what was spent.

Every change logged with its result

Each change to bids, budgets or campaigns is dated, and the weeks after it are compared with the weeks before.

We watch who enters your auctions

We watch the auctions in every state we run, so we see new competitors arrive and adjust bids there.

A person approves every change

Your strategist approves changes to budget, campaigns and tracking before they go live.

Mobile IV Medics, Quarter by Quarter

We started with Mobile IV Medics in early 2025. Here is what changed, and when.

A Mobile IV Medics IV bag hanging on a stand
  1. Early 2025

We split campaigns by state and moved the searches that book into exact and phrase match. Rewritten location pages took three city searches to #1 by April 2025.

  2. Mid-2025

Google's June core updates reversed much of the ranking gain, so we widened the work to Google Business Profiles and AI search, and rebuilt the homepage in August.

  3. Early 2026

Location and treatment pages were rebuilt, and treatment pages now book 64% more often. Email's share of net sales doubled, from 2.7% to 5.4%.

  4. Autumn 2026

Cost per appointment had fallen three years in a row, down 12.8%. When nurses ran short, we matched spend to their schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have you worked with more than one mobile IV brand?

Yes. We run marketing for Mobile IV Medics, Mobile IV Nurses, Lone Star IV Medics and Rocky Mountain IV Medics, and have run every channel for Mobile IV Medics since early 2025.

How long does it take to see results?

At Mobile IV Medics the first ranking gains came within one quarter, and every channel was growing after about a year. Paid search can be adjusted from the first week, while SEO and AI search build over months. The audit sets milestones for each of your cities.

Can you promise a set number of new patients?

No. Bookings depend on demand in each city, your prices and how many nurses are on shift, so any promised number is a guess. We agree targets in appointments and completed treatments after the audit and report against them every month.

Who works on my account after the sales call?

A senior strategist based in New York leads your account from the first week and stays on it. Agent managers and AI agents handle the daily checks, and the strategist decides what changes.

Do I need a new website?

Usually not. Most gains come from location and treatment pages and a shorter booking path on the site you already have. If the site blocks booking or tracking, the audit says so and shows what a rebuild would change.

Can a mobile-only IV business with no clinic work with you?

Yes. Every IV brand we run sends nurses to homes, hotels and offices. Service areas, Local Services Ads and a map listing for every area do the job a storefront does for a clinic.

How do you run IV ads on Google without account suspensions?

We keep medical claims out of ads and landing pages, follow Google's healthcare policy and send every health claim to your medical director first. Nobody can promise an account will never be reviewed, but these steps remove the most common reasons ads get rejected.

How do we switch partners without losing bookings?

We read your accounts and agree the plan with you before changing anything. Campaigns that work keep running during the handover, and tracking is checked against your booking system before any old campaign is paused.
