Founded by Jack Petrie in 2012, Office Lease Center is an online real estate service for office rentals that lets users browse video listings of available offices and talk directly with brokers and agents online. CB/I Digital worked with OfficeLeaseCenter.com to optimize SEO, set up a web analytics solution and manage its social media.
Today, a Google.com search for "office lease nyc" shows OfficeLeaseCenter.com at #2 in the SERPs, above Craigslist. CEO Jack Petrie joked he would need extra heads and hands to handle all the leads, as the clients CB/I Digital brought in included Amazon.com, ClearSpring, First Round Capital and Liberty Mutual.
At the time, the unique feature of video built into the office space browsing experience gave OLC a certain competitive edge. On its own, however, that was probably not enough to give OfficeLeaseCenter a firm foothold in New York's crowded and fiercely competitive commercial real estate market.
More than 40.5% of OfficeLeaseCenter.com's traffic came from organic search, with Google as the main source of visitors.
After working with CB/I Digital, the site achieved strong SEO results.
