HotJobs.com.mn is a growing job search platform that provides real information about available careers and job vacancies across multiple industries and locations in Myanmar.

The client Hot Jobs Myanmar needed a website similar to other big famous job posting platforms like Monster or Career Builder. It needed to be not only an effective recruitment posting place to employers, but also a valuable source for job seekers or applicants to find and apply jobs.

CB/I helped design and develop the newly website for Hot Jobs Myanmar with a clean clear interface, user-friendly and easy navigation. The site has many useful exciting features such as allowing job seekers to search jobs by location, title, or industry, submit resumes online for favorite career positions, and register to receive suitable jobs gradually.

From the recruiters side, they can post job positions directly to the site, and find and receive qualified resumes from applicants. The site is truly helpful for both corporations and candidates, that makes the recruiting process much more simple, efficient, cost and time-saving.
