Flip-It Cap struggled with a chaotic structure with over 1,800 campaigns blending broad, phrase, and exact matches. Irrelevant targeting drained their budget, and they completely missed opportunities to target competitor products.

SOLUTION

We streamlined the account down to 86 highly focused campaigns across 4 core categories. We launched a massive 5,206-target strategy, dedicating 40% to direct ASIN targeting in order to take market share from competitors and complementary products like Eucerin and Nivea.
