[HCMC] Senior Python developer

Our client projects include and developing a data platform for a large bank in Vietnam, building a telehealth & patient engagement cloud platform using microservice architecture for a large hospital group in Vietnam with over 4 million patients, and a data analytics SaaS platform for retail inventory and marketing optimization using CBI's proprietary cloud back-end and front-end solutions.

We are looking for a capable Python Developer to join our team to work on exciting big-data architecture and applications for our clients in the U.S. and Vietnam.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Implement back-end features & business logic, design database & write efficient queries
Build and maintain backend systems for cloud platform projects with Python
Build and maintain ETL pipelines for data-lakehouse platforms.
Working closely with the AI team to feed and transform data, deploy ML models and provide model results.
Integrate 3rd parties to collect, process, and exchange data
Collaborate with the BA team to understand business requirements and propose the best technical approach to implement & estimate the timeline
Learn and apply the latest coding techniques, best practices, and technologies to build high-performing and easy-to-maintain modules
Manage coding tasks and processes independently, and create good documentation for other developers
Deploy projects using Docker
Optimize and upgrade the source code to improve efficiency , and increase stability and security.

REQUIREMENTS:

1-3 years of experience in programming Python
Experienced in programming with RDBMS such as MySQL / PostgreSQL databases
Experience working with Hadoop eco-systems such as Hive/HBase is an advantage
Experience with message queue systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ and NATS is an advantage
Experience working with automation systems, machine learning and AI is an advantage
Passionate about programming and have the desire to become a good programmer
Having a clear code style, methodical, fully annotated
Understanding of query speed optimization, database optimization
Having experience in a microservice architecture and knowledge of CI / CD using Gitlab CI, Github Actions and Jenkins
Understanding RESTful API development, service, and security
Familiarity with Design patterns: IoC/DI (Inversion of Control, Dependency Injection), - Factory Pattern, Domain Driven Design, Clean Architecture, Event Driven Design
Knowledgeable about the testing framework
Humble, open-minded, eager to learn and share knowledge
Has a professional working style, and good teamwork and communication ability.
Experience RPC and WebSocket Protocols to inter-communicating between services
Experience ETL tools and frameworks such as Apache Spark, Apache Beam, Apache Airflow and Apache Flink.
