Best Q (formerly Q-Mobile) is one of the first Vietnamese mobile phone brands. The company aims to be the No. 1 mobile phone for Vietnamese people, and recently launched 5 new products and trusted CB/I Digital to execute its digital marketing effort.

The competition in the mobile phone market is tough, with leading brands like Samsung, Apple, Oppo, and more. Best Q also competes with major mobile phone retailers like Mobile World, FPTShop, and Dien May (all are CB/I's clients in different services).

Best Q's marketing plan changed frequently with short notice, thus making it hard to adjust campaigns accordingly. Furthermore, Best Q's landing page was not good yet, thus campaign quality score was affected.

CB/I setup and launched SEM & Display/Remarketing campaigns for 2 major product launches at Best Q: Edgy and Luna phone. The campaigns reached the target audience at the maximum volume the market can consume within a few days, and a great cpc far below the target.
