Edison Properties is a premium real estate development and holding company founded in 1956, with a substantial portfolio of retail, residential, office, parking and commercial spaces throughout the East Coast. Edison Properties is the parent company of Manhattan Mini Storage, New York’s self-storage leader and one of the city’s favorite brands with 250,000 clients, as well as Hippodrome, The Ludlow, and Workspace Offices.

 

CB/I built and launched a corporate site for Edison Properties within 7 weeks.

 

Features and Functionality

We incorporated dynamic front-end effects designed to capture attention and establish Edison’s brand identity as a modern firm.  To simplify the management of the site, we included “Quick edit” features enabling easier edits to frontend content without using CMS.  We also ensured the site was compatible with ADA accessibility standards.
